Dr. Ferretti's book - "Change Your Life, Not Your Wife Marriage-Saving Advice for Success-Driven People" is not just a book to read and put down or just file away. It is a tool to add in our quest or search for answers when our relationships just aren't working. True -to-life examples, interaction through sections on self assessment, and most of all helping one to understand what it is like to either be a success-driven person or try to find intimacy with someone who is.
Dr. Ferretti, a licensed psychologist specializing relationship problems and a high achiever himself explains how we often think the grass is greener on the other side but says, "that's because it's being watered!" Speaking with Dr. Ferretti, was like talking with an old friend, he makes you feel as though he understands you, has first hand knowledge and cares about couples interested in growing and building a strong relationship.
Reading his book will help you to understand or "recognize the addictive nature of power, control and success" he has helped thousands of his clients to achieve balance in their lives and relationships and hopes to do so with you the reader as well. Check out his book, his website and I hope you enjoy and learn from our interview as I have.http://www.drtonyferretti.com/

Always intriguing always a delight to sit with Author Rob Smith and converse about his latest novel! Luckily Rob lives close and can join me in the studio. It's always a privilege for me to read and then discuss a book by the author but, even more so in person. Rob's latest novel "Shrader Marks Keelhouse" is the second book ("Night Voices" the first book is included) where Shrader Marks takes the reader on yet another adventure through the Thousand Islands- an archipelago of islands that straddle the US-Canada border in the St. Laurence River. Shrader's dreams haunt him nightly and he does what he always does...solves the mystery.
Robs attention to detail comes from his own experiences or similar situations that Shrader endures. Just like his McGowan Series, you are left wondering if the author and main character are one in the same!

Speaking with author Keith Zafren was an emotional journey into the life of a man who's own father struggled with the role of fatherhood. His soon to be released book, "The Impact of Dad-Become a Great Dad No Matter What Kind of A Dad You Had" is a moving tribute of the impact fathers have on their children. Having a strained relationship with his father, confused by his fathers words of rejection Keith has chosen to be the best Dad possible to his three young sons. His book is a wonderful resource or tool for Dads everywhere and proves that we can all become our best under any circumstances. Be sure to take a look at Keith's website to see the important work he is doing to build or rebuild father and child relationships.

Speaking with author Kevin Peeples was like attending an invigorating church service! His personal story takes you on a journey you may never want to experience but experience it you do. It was a book I didn't want to put down mostly because I found it hard to believe. He writes about demons, visions, and that God spoke directly to him.
But, I did and do believe Kevin is telling the truth and has facts to support his journey. Pick up a copy of "The Backsliding Child of God..." you'll be glad you did.

Speaking with author Charles Alongi was a very hard interview to do...before I even began the conversation I found myself wanting to appologize for all the terrible people in his life. Those that I feel were evil but like his wife who said, "they will be punished" I too agree. How any one human being could live through the toture he endured as a young child in the foster care system and then to expertience that which he did throughout his time serving in the military, I don't know how he did it. I am glad he did and that he took the opportunity to write his book, "The United States..." and in doing so as one of those who read it understands how painful it must have been for him to relive the pain and sorrow. I honor Charlie and wish him a long, healthy and loving life!

It all makes sense to me now! How the food chain works, our role in our own health, and the science behind it! Speaking with Janice Stanger author of "The Perfect Formula Diet" was one of those times in my life that a very "large" light bulb went off! In Dr. Stanger's book she walks you through step by step information to help us in our quest to live a healthier life. Often we are given the information or the latest fad but not the science to stand behind it...Not so in "The Perfect Formula Diet" pick up a copy or download a copy and join me in "living" this life each and every day to its fullest!

Speaking with author Mary Carouba reminded me of how much work is yet to be done regarding the recognition of the roles women play in today's society! In the book Women At Ground Zero we hear from the courageous women that saved many of lives on September 11, 2001 and give thanks to those who gave their lives as well. There are 30 intimate stories from these women in their own words that up until the time that the authors met with them their voices had not been heard. Little recognition for their acts of heroism had been given to the female police officers, Port Authority, EMS, and fire fighters. This is a book that that not only our daughters, sisters and mothers should read but also for all our sons as well. I could not just read one story before putting Women At Ground Zero down... I had to read them all and from my heart I needed to thank them all as well.
